How can I register on the UnipolRental Auctions Centre site?
To take part in the offers, it’s necessary to obtain authorisation via e-mail, subject to verification of the documentation requested in the Registration Form.
To create an account, click on the REGISTER button. It will then be necessary to complete a form in which to enter the data requested and attach the files of the ordinary company registration reports and the identity document of the Company’s legal representative.
After having verified the correctness of the data and attached documents, you will be sent an e-mail confirming activation of the account with a summary of the data necessary for logging in.
What documentation is required to register with the UnipolRental Auctions Centre site?
The documents necessary for acceptance of the registration are the following:
1- Company registration report, extracted in the last 6 months, with appropriate ATECO code for the sale of motor vehicles;
2- Identity documents of the legal representative.
Do the vehicles prices already include VAT?
The prices of the vehicles are shown VAT included; current offers have VAT included.
Do the vehicle prices already include the transfer of ownership fee?
No, the transfer of ownership fee ("Mini-transfer") is €150 for each awarded vehicles, with change of intended use, while the cost of cancellation for export is €100 excluding VAT.
How can I take part in an auction and make a bid?
All authorised dealers, following registration, can access the "Announcements" section and see all the vehicles on offer.
By clicking on the vehicle you are interest in, you will be able to access all the details of the vehicles (vehicles description, mileage, registration, colour, photos, optionals)
N.B. After having found the vehicle(s) you are interest in, there are a number of aspects to consider before making a bid:
BASE PRICE: is the starting price of the auction;
CURRENT PRICE: is the highest bid received so far;
RESERVE PRICE: is the minimum price, not stated on the Site, which is intended to be accepted for the sale of the Vehicle.
If at the end of the auction the last offer is lower than the reserve price, the Dealer with the highest offer will receive an e-mail indicating the reserve price in order to be able to purchase the vehicle in question and in order to complete the purchase.
BUY-NOW OPTION: is the price that allows immediate completion of the purchase.
(Article 7.2 General Contractual Conditions: «The bids submitted in compliance with these conditions constitute a purchase commitment by the User. Participation in the Auction must occur and bids must be made only with the intention of purchasing the vehicle. Before making a bid, the User must examine in detail the chosen vehicle as shown in the presentation on the Site, scrupulously and carefully checking all the photographic material which is an integral part of the vehicle sheet useful for evaluating the fitting-out, accessories and the asset in its entirety. It should be noted that small damages deriving from normal wear and present on the vehicle offered at auction cannot be the subject of a subsequent complaint by the User that has been awarded the vehicle and shall not be reimbursed, as well as all those damages clearly highlighted in the photographic report or indicated in the appraisal. Damage due to use is fully described in the specific appraisal dedicated to each vehicle offered at the Auction, which can be consulted in the specific presentation relating to the vehicle»)

How can I follow the auctions that I’m interested in?
Add the announcements you are interested in to your preferences, then go to the PREFERRED ANNOUNCEMENTS section.
How can I receive assistance?

What are the accepted payment methods?
The only method of payment accepted is by bank transfer, which must be made before delivery of the vehicle.
How can I find out if I have been awarded the vehicle?
After closure of the auction, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the awarding of the vehicle.
How much time have I got to pay for the vehicle?
Payment of the vehicles must be made within and not later than 10 days from awarding, as specified in art. 7.4 of the General Conditions of contract.
What are the timings for collection of the vehicle?
Once total payment has been registered, the awardee entity will be sent a notification by e-mail indicating the day and place when and where the vehicle will be available for collection, at the buyer’s cost.
Vehicles must be collected within 15 days from awarding.
